Oakland Athletics infielder Kevin Smith is not in the lineup Saturday in the team's game against the Cleveland Guardians.
Smith is being replaced at third base by Matt Davidson versus Guardians starter Zach Plesac.
In 151 plate appearances this season, Smith has a .180 batting average with a .518 OPS, 2 home runs, 9 runs, 13 RBI and 4 stolen bases.
