Hunter Dozier held out of Kansas City lineup Tuesday
Kansas City Royals first baseman/right fielder Hunter Dozier is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against right-hander Alek Manoah and the Toronto Blue Jays.
The Royals appear to be giving Dozier the day off for some physical and mental labor amid a 1-for-18 slump. Carlos Santana is replacing Dozier on first base and batting sixth. Whit Merrifield is making the start in right field for Kansas City.
numberFire’s models project Santana for 7.8 FanDuel points on Tuesday, and he has a $2,200 salary. Merrifield is projected for 10.0 FanDuel points with a $3,300 salary.
