San Diego Padres outfielder Wil Myers is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Dakota Hudson and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Myers went 0-for-4 with a strikeout on Tuesday after missing the previous two games with a knee injury. The Padres haven't said anything about a setback, so Wednesday's absence is presumably for additional maintenance. Jose Azocar is replacing Myers in right field and hitting ninth.
numberFire’s models project Azocar for 7.9 FanDuel points on Wednesday, and he has a $2,000 salary. Per our MLB Heat Map, Hudson has the second-highest walk rate (12.2%) and third-lowest strikeout rate (13.2%) this season out of Wednesday's listed starters.
