Cincinnati Reds outfielder Tommy Pham has been scratched from Friday's game against the San Francisco Giants.
Pham has been scratched from Friday's lineup and will not start against the Giants. Alejo Lopez will enter the lineup in the designated hitter role and bat eighth versus left-hander Carlos Rodon and the Giants.
Lopez is batting 0.265 this season in 37 plate appearances.
