Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Brett Phillips is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Miami Marlins.
Phillips will move to the bench on Wednesday with Manuel Margot starting in right field. Margot will bat eighth versus right-hander Cody Poteet and the Marlins.
