Nationals' Alcides Escobar (undisclosed) back at shortstop Monday
Washington Nationals infielder Alcides Escobar (undisclosed) is back in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against left-hander Tyler Anderson and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Escobar was scratched from Saturday's lineup for undisclosed reasons and he remained out Sunday, but the infielder is back at shortstop and hitting ninth in Monday's opener. Dee Strange-Gordon is out of the lineup after covering shortstop the past two contests.
