Jordan Luplow left out of Diamondbacks' lineup Friday
Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Jordan Luplow is not in the starting lineup for Friday afternoon's game against right-hander Kyle Hendricks and the Chicago Cubs.
What It Means:
Luplow is taking a seat after three straight starts. Daulton Varsho is shifting into the designated hitter role in place of Luplow while Grayson Greiner enters the lineup to play catcher and hit ninth in his season debut.
