Chicago White Sox outfielder Leury Garcia is not in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Carlos Hernandez and the Kansas City Royals.
The White Sox are giving Garcia a breather following five straight starts. Josh Harrison is replacing Garcia on second base and batting ninth.
