Gilberto Celestino on Twins' bench Wednesday afternoon
Minnesota Twins outfielder Gilberto Celestino is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Daulton Jefferies and the Oakland Athletics.
Celestino is taking a seat after starting the first two games of the series. Byron Buxton is returning to the lineup in place of Celestino to play center field and bat leadoff. Luis Arraez is hitting second after leading off on Tuesday. Jorge Polanco is in the cleanup spot, followed by Max Kepler and Gary Sanchez. Nick Gordon has dropped from fifth to ninth in the Twins' lineup.
numberFire’s models project Buxton for 14.0 FanDuel points on Wednesday, and he has a $4,200 salary. Per our MLB Heat Map, the park factor in the Twins-Athletics game (0.928) is third-weakest in the majors for hitters on Wednesday.
