Lourdes Gurriel grabbing seat Monday for Blue Jays
Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Lourdes Gurriel is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Chris Flexen and the Seattle Mariners.
The Blue Jays appear to be giving Gurriel a routine breather. Raimel Tapia is sliding over to left field in place of Gurriel and George Springer is shifting out to center field. Zack Collins is replacing Gurriel in the lineup to be the Mariners' designated hitter and No. 5 batter.
numberFire’s models project Collins for 9.5 FanDuel points on Monday, and he has a $2,000 salary.
