Ryan Jeffers resting for Twins Monday night
Minnesota Twins catcher Ryan Jeffers is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against left-hander Zach Logue and the Oakland Athletics.
Gary Sanchez is shifting into catching duties on Monday while Jeffers takes a seat. Kyle Garlick is replacing Jeffers in the lineup in his first game back from the injured list.
Garlick is currently numberFire's third-best point-per-dollar value among projected hitters on Tuesday. He has a $2,100 salary and our models project him for 11.4 FanDuel points. Sanchez has a $2,800 salary and is projected for 8.8 FanDuel points.
