Miguel Cabrera sitting for Game 1 of Tigers' doubleheader Wednesday
Detroit Tigers designated hitter Miguel Cabrera is not in the starting lineup for Game 1 of Wednesday's doubleheader against left-hander Dillon Peters and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
The Tigers are holding Cabrera out for the front leg, but the veteran will likely be back in the lineup for Game 2 on Wednesday. Austin Meadows is at designated hitter for Detroit, while Robbie Grossman is in right field and Willi Castro is starting in left. Castro is hitting seventh.
