Anthony Rizzo back on first base Monday for Yankees
New York Yankees first baseman Anthony Rizzo is back in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Ross Stripling and the Toronto Blue Jays.
The Yankees held Rizzo out of the order on Sunday, but he's back on first base and batting third for Monday's divisional opener. Miguel Andujar was optioned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Sunday after helping fill in for Rizzo in the starting lineup. Aaron Hicks, Aaron Judge, and Giancarlo Stanton are starting across the outfield for the Yankees on Monday. Joey Gallo (groin) remains on the sidelines for a second straight game.
