Steven Duggar dropped from Giants lineup Wednesday afternoon
San Francisco Giants outfielder Steven Duggar is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Sean Manaea and the San Diego Padres.
The Giants are facing a southpaw for the second time this season and they have held Duggar out for both games. Austin Slater is replacing Duggar in center field and batting leadoff. Darin Ruf is right behind Slater in the order and Wilmer Flores is batting third.
numberFire’s models project Slater for 11.2 FanDuel points on Wednesday, and he has a $2,200 salary. He is currently the seventh-best point-per-dollar value on our board.
