Brewers sign Carlos Torres to one-year deal
The Milwaukee Brewers signed pitcher, Carlos Torres to a one-year contract.
Torres is expected to claim the final bullpen spot for the Brewers this season. He will likely work middle relief for Milwaukee in 2016.
Torres has a SIERA of 3.58 in 2015 with the Mets, which was his highest since joining New York in 2013. The right-hander had an xFIP of 3.71, but his Strikeout Rate of 19.8 percent fell from his career-best mark in 2014 of 23.7 percent.
