Jorge Soler at DH, leading off for Braves in World Series Game 1
Atlanta Braves outfielder Jorge Soler is playing designated hitter and batting leadoff in Game 1 of the World Series against left-hander Framber Valdez and the Houston Astros on Tuesday.
Eddie Rosario has been scorching at the plate, but the Braves are going to stick with using Soler at the top of the order against a lefty starter. Rosario is lined up in the five-hole.
