Detroit Tigers infielder Jonathan Schoop is not in the lineup Sunday in the team's game against the Chicago White Sox.
Schoop is being replaced at designated hitter by Niko Goodrum against White Sox starter Dylan Cease.
In 674 plate appearances this season, Schoop has a .278 batting average with a .755 OPS, 22 home runs, 85 runs and 84 RBI.
