Boston Red Sox infielder Jose Iglesias is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Washington Nationals.
Iglesias will move to the bench on Friday as the Red Sox open their series with Washington and pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez enters the lineup. Rodriguez will bat ninth versus left-hander Josh Rogers.
