New York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez is in the starting lineup as the designated hitter for Thursday's series finale against left-hander Robbie Ray and the Toronto Blue Jays.
Joey Gallo is dealing with a forearm injury, so Giancarlo Stanton is covering left field and Sanchez is stepping in at DH. Kyle Higashioka is starting at catcher again.
Sanchez has a $3,500 salary on Thursday and numberFire's models project him for 11.5 FanDuel points. Ray is registering a 36.5 strikeout percentage this season that ranks in the top 7% of the league.
