Corey Dickerson on Blue Jays' bench Monday

Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Corey Dickerson is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against rookie right-hander Shane Baz and the Tampa Bay Rays.

What It Means:

Randal Grichuk is replacing Dickerson in center field and hitting eighth.

numberFire’s models project Grichuk for 9.2 FanDuel points and he has a $2,600 salary on Monday’s slate. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Blue Jays have an implied total of 4.2 runs. Baz recorded a 2.84 ERA with 49 strikes out in 32 2/3 innings (seven starts) in Double-A. The right-hander then spun a 1.76 ERA with 64 strikeouts, compared to 11 walks, over 46 innings (10 starts) at the Triple-A level.
