Chicago Cubs outfielder Rafael Ortega is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies.
Ortega will move to the bench on Wednesday with Matthew Duffy starting at third base. Duffy will bat first versus left-hander Ranger Suarez and the Phillies.
