Corey Dickerson on Blue Jays' bench Wednesday afternoon
Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Corey Dickerson is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Michael Wacha and the Tampa Bay Rays.
Dickerson is out of the lineup for the fourth time in five games after he went hitless in Tuesday's shutout loss. Randal Grichuk is replacing Dickerson in center field and hitting eighth.
numberFire’s models project Grichuk for 7.9 FanDuel points and he has a $2,600 salary on Wednesday’s slate. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Blue Jays have an implied total of 5.0 runs. Wacha is registering a 22.8 strikeout percentage and a 5.7 walk percentage this season. The right-hander's xSLG (.513) ranks in the bottom 3% of the league.
