Brandon Lowe (legs) back Tuesday for Tampa Bay
Tampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe (legs) is back in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against right-hander Jose Berrios and the Toronto Blue Jays.
Lowe missed the previous two games with what Rays manager Kevin Cash described as "beat up legs." He is returning to leadoff duties and second base for Tuesday's matchup. Joey Wendle is moving to shortstop in place of an idle Taylor Walls.
numberFire’s models project Lowe for 14.5 FanDuel points and he has a $3,500 salary on Tuesday’s slate. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Rays have an implied total of 4.2 runs. Berrios is registering a 26.0 strikeout percentage and a 6.2 walk percentage this season, with a 4.14 xERA and a .310 xwOBA.
