Houston Astros outfielder Michael Brantley is sitting Sunday in the team's game against the Los Angeles Angels.
Brantley is being replaced in left field by Yordan Alvarez against Angels starter Jaime Barria.
In 493 plate appearances this season, Brantley has a .315 batting average with an .808 OPS, 8 home runs, 68 runs and 45 RBI.
