Miguel Rojas (neck) on Marlins' sidelines Tuesday
Miami Marlins infielder Miguel Rojas (neck) is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's series opener against right-hander Carlos Carrasco and the New York Mets.
Rojas remains out of the lineup after he was removed from the previous game with a sore neck. Jazz Chisholm is covering shortstop and leadoff duties for Rojas on Tuesday. Joe Panik is moving to second base while Jesus Aguilar returns to the lineup to play first base and bat second.
numberFire’s models project Chisholm for 11.5 FanDuel points and he has a $3,200 salary on Tuesday’s slate. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Marlins have an implied total of 3.3 runs. Carrasco is registering a 23.1 strikeout percentage and a 4.1 walk percentage this season, with a 3.79 xERA and a .298 xwOBA.
