Austin Meadows moving to Rays' bench Tuesday
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Austin Meadows is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against left-hander Eduardo Rodriguez and the Boston Red Sox.
What It Means:
Meadows recorded an extra-base hit in a third straight appearance with an inside-the-park home run in Monday's opener against the Red Sox. Randy Arozarena is shifting to left field Tuesday in place of Meadows while Manuel Margot moves to right. Kevin Kiermaier is entering the lineup to play center field and hit ninth.
