Milwaukee Brewers infielder Willy Adames has been placed on the 10-day injured list.
Adames is dealing with a strain in his left quad, and as a result, he will miss at least the next 10 days. Tim Lopes was recalled to take his spot on the active roster.
In 507 plate appearances this season, Adames has a .266 batting average with an .825 OPS, 22 home runs, 68 runs and 66 RBI.
