Baltimore Orioles catcher Pedro Severino is not starting in Wednesday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Severino will rest against his division rivals after Austin Hays was picked as Baltimore's catcher for Matt Harvey.
Per Baseball Savant on 223 batted balls this season, Severino has produced a 9% barrel rate and a .243 expected average.
