Boston Red Sox outfielder Franchy Cordero is not in the lineup Friday in the team's game against the Baltimore Orioles.
Cordero is being replaced in left field by Alex Verdugo against Orioles starter Spenser Watkins.
In 135 plate appearances this season, Cordero has a .190 batting average with a .501 OPS, 1 home run, 12 runs and 9 RBI.
