Brian Goodwin on White Sox's bench Thursday
Chicago White Sox outfielder Brian Goodwin is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's series finale against left-hander Daniel Lynch and the Kansas City Royals.
Goodwin went 0-for-3 on Wednesday and is out of the lineup for the second time in the last three games. Adam Engel is starting in center field in place of Goodwin and hitting seventh.
numberFire’s models project Engel for 12.7 FanDuel points and he has a $2,700 salary on Thursday's slate. Per our MLB Heat Map, the White Sox have an implied total of 5.4 runs. Lynch is registering a 7.42 xERA through his first five starts in the majors (22 innings).
