Lourdes Gurriel left out of Blue Jays' lineup Wednesday
Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Lourdes Gurriel is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against J.C. Mejia and the Cleveland Indians.
Gurriel went 2-for-3 with a double, a run scored, a walk drawn, and a strikeout on Tuesday. He is out of the lineup for the second time in three games Wednesday. Corey Dickerson is moving over to left field while Randal Grichuk returns to the lineup to bat seventh and play center field. George Springer is in the designated hitter spot.
numberFire’s models project Dickerson for 10.1 FanDuel points and he has a $2,000 salary, making him our sixth-best point-per-dollar play among hitters on Wednesday's slate. Springer has a $4,200 salary and is projected to lead all hitters with 17.6 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Blue Jays have the third-highest implied total in the majors on Wednesday.
