Pittsburgh Pirates infielder Ke'Bryan Hayes is not in the starting lineup Wednesday afternoon against right-hander Freddy Peralta and the Milwaukee Brewers.
Rodolfo Castro is covering the hot corner for Hayes while Wilmer Difo makes a start at second base and bats seventh. Hayes is in an 0-for-13 slump over his last three games.
