Pirates' Ke'Bryan Hayes getting breather in Wednesday matinee
Pittsburgh Pirates infielder Ke'Bryan Hayes is not in the starting lineup Wednesday afternoon against right-hander Freddy Peralta and the Milwaukee Brewers.
Rodolfo Castro is covering the hot corner for Hayes while Wilmer Difo makes a start at second base and bats seventh. Hayes is in an 0-for-13 slump over his last three games.
numberFire’s models project Castro for 10.7 FanDuel points and he has a $2,900 salary on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Brewers have the lowest implied total in the majors on Wednesday.
