Washington Nationals outfielder Victor Robles is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against right-hander Zack Wheeler and the Philadelphia Phillies.
The Nationals appear to be giving Robles a routine breather. Andrew Stevenson is replacing Robles as the starting center fielder and leadoff man.
