Washington Nationals first baseman Josh Bell is not starting in Saturday's contest against the Chicago Cubs.
Bell will rest on Saturday night after Ryan Zimmerman was announced as Washington's starting first baseman.
According to Baseball Savant on 227 batted balls this season, Bell has produced a 9.7% barrel rate and a .267 expected average.
