The Miami Marlins outrighted Jhonatan Solano to Triple-A New Orleans after clearing waivers.
What It Means:
Solano was called up in order to have a second catching option while J.T. Realmuto dealt with a back injury last week. In limited action this year he has a woeful .093 wOBA and a -.63 nERD, a numberFire efficiency metric. Don't expect to see much more of him this year unless there's an injury.
