Blue Jays' Lourdes Gurriel (elbow) out of lineup Thursday
Toronto Blue Jays left fielder Lourdes Gurriel is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's series finale against left-hander Eduardo Rodriguez and the Boston Red Sox.
Gurriel left Wednesday's game against the Red Sox after being hit by a pitch on the right elbow. Consider him day-to-day for now. Cavan Biggio is making the start in left field for the Blue Jays on Thursday and hitting seventh.
Biggio is averaging 7.9 FanDuel points per game this season. Per numberFire's MLB Heat Map, the Blue Jays have the third-highest implied total in the big leagues on Thursday.
