Tampa Bay Rays catcher Francisco Mejia is not in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Gerrit Cole and the New York Yankees.
Mike Zunino is catching for Luis Patino and hitting eighth. Mejia should be available off the bench if needed.
