Alec Bohm on Phillies' bench Monday
Philadelphia Phillies third baseman Alec Bohm is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Joe Ross and the Washington Nationals.
Bohm went 3-for-9 with a pair of walks and a pair of strikeouts over the weekend after returning from the injured list ahead of Friday's game. Ronald Torreyes is covering third base on Monday while Didi Gregorius returns to the lineup to play shortstop and hit sixth.
