Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Bryan Reynolds is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's series opener against right-hander Taijuan Walker and the New York Mets.
Reynolds is getting a routine breather. Ben Gamel is replacing Reynolds in center field and hitting third.
