The Pittsburgh Pirates did not list Jared Oliva in their lineup for Monday's game against the Atlanta Braves.
The Pirates will start John Nogowski at first base and let him bat fifth, while Phillip Evans moves up to right field and Oliva takes a seat.
Oliva is projected for just 36 more plate appearances this season, with 3 runs, 3 RBI, and a .156 batting average.
