Toronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer is not starting in Thursday's lineup against the Baltimore Orioles.
Springer will rest against the Orioles after Randal Grichuk and Lourdes Gurriel Jr. was picked as Toronto's starting center and left fielders.
According to Baseball Savant on 17 batted balls this season, Springer has produced a 11.8% barrel rate and a .226 expected average.
