Tony Kemp sitting for Athletics in Thursday matchup
Oakland Athletics infielder/outfielder Tony Kemp is not in the lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Kolby Allard and the Texas Rangers.
Jed Lowrie will replace Kemp on second base and bat sixth. Mark Canha is taking over at the top of the order.
