Brett Gardner on Yankees' bench Wednesday against lefty
New York Yankees outfielder Brett Gardner is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against left-hander Danny Duffy and the Kansas City Royals.
Gardner will take a seat with a southpaw on the opposite mound. Aaron Judge will cover center field and Clint Frazier will move to right while Miguel Andujar enters the lineup in left field. Andujar will hit seventh.
numberFire’s models project Andujar for 7.6 FanDuel points and he has a $2,100 salary on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Yankees have an implied total of 5.6 runs, the second-highest total on Wednesday's slate.
