Robbie Grossman (illness) out for Tigers Wednesday
Detroit Tigers outfielder Robbie Grossman is out of the starting lineup on Wednesday against right-hander John Gant and the St. Louis Cardinals due to flu-like symptoms.
What It Means:
Akil Baddoo will cover both leadoff duties and left field in place of Grossman. Daz Cameron will enter the lineup in center field and hit sixth.
