Victor Caratini sitting Tuesday for San Diego
San Diego Padres catcher Victor Caratini is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against left-hander Clayton Kershaw and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Caratini will grab a seat while Webster Rivas catches Blake Snell and bats eighth in Tuesday's battle of left-handers.
numberFire’s models project Rivas for 5.4 FanDuel points and he has a $2,000 salary on Tuesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Padres have an implied total of 3.7 runs. Kershaw is spinning a 29.3 strikeout percentage and a 4.2 walk percentage this season.
