San Francisco Giants outfielder LaMonte Wade Jr.has been optioned to Triple-A Sacramento on Tuesday.
Wade Jr. will spend time in the minors after the Giants activated Darin Ruf off the 10-day injured list.
According to Baseball Savant on 66 batted balls this season, Wade Jr. has produced a 6.1% barrel rate and a .237 expected average.
