Christian Arroyo (shin) out of Red Sox's lineup Tuesday
Boston Red Sox infielder Christian Arroyo (shin) is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's series opener against right-hander Andrew Kittredge and the Tampa Bay Rays.
What It Means:
Arroyo remains out after leaving Sunday's game with a bone bruise on his right shin. Enrique Hernandez will move to second base in place of Arroyo and Danny Santana will enter the lineup as the Red Sox's leadoff man and center fielder.
