San Diego Padres first baseman Eric Hosmer is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against left-hander Julio Urias and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Hosmer will grab a seat against the Dodgers' lefty. Jake Cronenworth will scoot over to first base in place of Hosmer.
