Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Kevin Kiermaier is not in the lineup Friday in the team's game against the Seattle Mariners.
Kiermaier is being replaced in center field by Brett Phillips against Mariners starter Yusei Kikuchi.
In 160 plate appearances this season, Kiermaier has a .235 batting average with a .603 OPS, 1 home run, 21 runs and 10 RBI.
